EACH PACKAGE DEAL INCLUDES:
- Roundtrip Motor-Coach Transportation as selected (new buses)
- 1 or 2 Nights Accommodation at selected Hotel/Casino
- Applicable Room Tax & Baggage Handling where mandatory
- 1 or 2 Comps (see Comp policy)
- Driver’s Room ( with minimum of 20 paid rooms)
- In-House Bonus as indicated for each Hotel
- Additional Casino Bonus as per Itinerary (see attached Itinerary)
NOTE: The driver gratuity of $2 per person (1 Night stay) or $3 per person (2 Night stay) is not included.

BALANCE REQUIREMENT:
The balance along with completed rooming list is due 14 days prior to departure unless otherwise noted on contract. Some hotels may have a 30-deay deadline.
The rooming list has to be typed and faxed or emailed prior to deadline to avoid cancellation of room block.
CANCELLATION REQUIREMENT:
In case of cancellation we offer a ONE-TIME ONLY TANSFER OPTION along with 100% of deposit to another date subject to room, rate and coach availability.
Group must cancel trip 30days prior to departure to qualify for the transfer option.
If group fails to confirm on the second attempt, the deposit will be lost.
METHOD OF PAYMENT:
We accept checks, cashier checks, money orders or credit cards, limited to Visa or MasterCard. A processing fee of 2.5% applies to all credit card payments

If you cannot sell the required number of seats as per contract, we will charge a fee for every seat below the minimum requirement selected. (Example: Minimum Requirement of 40+2 Comps=42 Passenger Total. 36 confirmed seats, 4 seats will be charged at a specified fee)

COACHES:
All coaches we provide offer CD/DVD systems for your entertainment as well as a restroom & PA system.
Specialty coaches also offer tables with reversed seating and/or galleys at a higher cost.
