Options on Minimum Group Requirements:
$20 PER PERSON with a minimum of 54
paid passengers + 1 Comp
$24 PER PERSON with a minimum of 44
paid passengers + 1 Comp
$29 PER PERSON with a minimum of 35
paid passengers + 1 Comp
$38 PER PERSON with a minimum of 23
paid passengers + 1 Comp
Please
call for the exact cost based on the number
of confirmed passengers in your group.
Above rates are based on a 4-5 hr minimum
stay at Thunder Valley and a total of approximately
9 hours for the entire charter depending on
road & traffic conditions.
In case groups would like to stay longer,
a charge $55 per additional hour will be added
for the use of the coach.
BONUS:
A $5 P.P. Food Voucher will be given to all bus groups. In addition, either $5
Extra Play Cash or $5 Bonus Play coupons will be awarded.
Casino Management is working on a new bus
program and will soon release the info to
the public. Until then the present bonus applies.
Each Group Coordinator receives a
$50 Cash Bonus from Champagne Tours.

DEPARTURE
DATE
Please call ahead to ensure availability of
the date you selected. Departure date &
arrival time at Thunder Valley has to be approved
by casino management.
DEPARTURE
LOCATIONS
Up to 2 pickup locations
enroute to Thunder Valley.
Additional pickup locations have to be pre-approved
as they may delay arrival time at the casino
and cause overtime charges.
Departure locations refer to the San Francisco
Bay Area only. Please
call for pricing on Thunder Valley for your
choice on pickup location.
RESERVATION
& DEPOSIT
A minimum of 30 days advance notice is required
for any group reservation. Please have a $100
deposit ready when making a reservation.
BALANCE
Balance must be paid 14 days prior
to departure based on the minimum
requirement selected.
CANCELLATION
FEE
If group cancels within 30 days of departure,
a $100 cancellation fee applies.
